"Love is always around me"...
It's been a long two years...
with getting sick after the RSV shot then
going to the hospital and getting Covid!!!
Boy oh Boy!!!
Then, to top it off losing my 'Gracie'
being 16 1/2 years old it was her time...
The only thing I am truly happy about
is my weight. I am 5'6 1/2" and
weighed 197 lbs two years ago and
now...I am down to 161lbs.
Just went to the Dr. yesterday and I
am doing great at my old age.
My eating habits have totally changed
as I watch Dr. Now and the 'FAT People'
program - Dr. Now dealing with patients
that are 600 and 700 lbs + (wow)
Anyway, time does heal,
positive thinking helps,
trust in the Lord is my blessing.
Maybe I will get back into writing
again...just going to let myself go
and reach out a bit more to what
is around me...you know going
back to the store, going down by
the water with my lunch and
focusing on Ginger and so forth.
Thanks to all who read me!
It means so much to me mentally and
fills my heart with unconditional love...
