| Today one step at a time |
compared to 50 years ago
people just don't care about
others only themselves
There is no polite jesters to another
such as please or thank you or
maybe do you need help from me
or kind words of such spoken
It is believed the world has changed
because of the economy of electrical
products provided to help people exist
well it seems existing has gone south
Being of the older generation I remember
the younger days when the polite words
were spoken to each other mostly daily
excuse me was something we all heard
Nothing can be done to change life
as we know it today for it is what it is
most people mind their own business
or compute within their own families
I know because my words that I speak
is what life is around me today...
