sun bright we come out to play

loyalty between two does begin

Fear -
succumbs us at times

quickly without introduction

why it comes we don't know

maybe an event from childhood

Fear -
is a real confining gesture

grabs our being holds tightly

mind shifts thought only to come back

shivers overtake, spine begins to sweat

Fear -
with right thoughts can be overcome

one who work the mind in a calm manner

trains one's thought pattern to understand emotion

learn how to deal with continued evil patterns

Fear -
can be overcome with work and fortitude

time is on one's side with patience

love of thy self is the golden reward

Rhoda's Bookshelf Goes Boom!

Suddenly a boom

bookshelf on the floor

hours of poems to see no more

walls old - mollies fell out too soon!

Books aligned all in a row

could see books published so proud

a crash burst my pages so loud

sad to see mess pages lay so low

All is well books I will store

could have fell on my head so hard

or happened when I was out in yard

little sad I am but, won't fall no more...
