Rhythm comes as the breath

releases thoughts of contentment -

a rhythm that brings joy to the heart

filling it with delightful pleasures

Silently the breath is consumed

again, life is digested deep within -

a pale glow come to light as the

breath’s strength nourishes

Serenity now becomes one with

a glorious pause at this moment -

whispers of prayer and then a

spoken word gives thanks

Protected and lead to walk

His path with guidance and shelter -
a soul is prepared with a touch of
