Halloween Cheer

Orange is the color

season of Halloween

all fat pumpkins a glow

wait for smile to be seen

Children will be out

in their costumes of fright

knock on doors together

gather candy tonight

Happy time is again

only comes once a year

brings excitement to all

adds happiness and cheer

So go have lots of fun

enjoy Halloween night

for it won't come again

until time is just right!

People scurry
doing their thing
busy day in a hurry
life twirl her ring

Quiet is our day
we look outside
peace a golden ray
comfort in strides...

Take Comfort in Our Home

To comfort one's mind

may take some time

how to go about this

in a correct manner

Many days we sit idol

long for something to do

time goes by quickly

then next day is here

For those who work

shift may appear long

sometime it drags

finally time go home

Rest for the weary

home is so treasured

kick off those shoes

fix a quick meal for...

our cloud is our haven!

His Right Directioin

Hope is a Whisper from Him...

I can do it!

boy it's hard sometimes

fix this, take care of that

heavy on my shoulders

Many have these woes

 somehow we make it

His guided direction

brings day to completion

Actually I am proud

able to do tasks before me

on my own just like others

don't look for a handout

Again it is hard

but when I lay my head down

I say 'thank you' for direction

I say this knowing I am bless...

Wait!

O'tay I'se Hears You'se...

Wanting to get something done

day passed do it tomorrow

chore looks square into the face

ugh, wait again til tomorrow

Two days pass chore is still here

hmmm, maybe it will get done

tired wait til tomorrow

gee, week has gone by so fast

Woke up rested this morning

chore still here wants to get done

won't wait for it calls to me
yup, will get it done right now

Easy to sit back it seems

tomorrow will come again

well, tomorrow is now here

dang, can't wait any longer...

got to spend time with that

big dirty load of wash!😅

A moment in time
can clear the mind
if one searches and cleans
dark channels of their dreams

Good thoughts bring joy
to every girl and boy
when practice love
sent from above

Time is the word
everyone this is heard
minutes brings one relief
changes their belief...

Warmth of the day

took its control

brought on sunshine

takes chill from soul

Today skies shine

with hope and smiles

all seem closer

across the miles

Time is gentle

peace comes today

all is quiet

it is His way

Tomorrow's change

may affect all

but keep the strength

stand straight don't fall...

I talked to Him last night

 expressions of concern

felt bit down and alone

asked for His direction

Alone is the moment

all's Ok but yet not

reached out for His guidance

He sends to me comfort

He said...

'You are not alone for

I am with you always

have faith for My comfort

comes to you from within

Don't be afraid alone

lessons are to be learned

walk path of your new world

confidence grows in you

Earth cries for her moisture

that comes early this morn

all foliage is renewed

as it takes a new breath

People start to renew

they change their thoughts also

from down to up with strength

guidance from high it seems

His power renews faith

today is day of cleanse

not only for the ground...

but for all mankind

Lessons Are Learned...

Walk the path to freedom

brings one their independence

make choices to endow one

takes time with patience to learn

Believe in truth and justice

brings one to a realization

deception and lies brings down

true thoughts one searches for

Lead the mind correctly

to a goal on a daily basis

work for perfection then one

can gain their own justice

Preference is the key

once this is learned all

comes just a bit easier

Dreams come into the night

unexpectedly they penetrate

with pictures of pure delight

scenes of love not hate

Content fills the heart

confusion is now clear

longed for love from the start

hold one's hand it is so dear

Practice peace it will come

daily take a breath in and out

delight can fulfill everyone

calm minds eases their shout

It takes time to adjust the day

take a moment it will overcome

analyze path that goes your way

Same -o, Same-o!

Got up today like any day

did the same old dreary chores

fed the kitty cats made the bed

check mail on the computer

Most days the same for everyone

same old routine maybe some work

then evening come home again

fix dinner watch TV go to bed

This is what life is all about

routines really don't change much

most are content and happy

but, sometimes long for an out

So today will do same old thing

that's Ok routine is now set

life will continue on it road

happy within oneself is the goal
