Moments of surprise come

with a beat to the heart

Time moves up and down with

wonderful thoughts at the start

 

Daily trends are trails that we learn

grow with us as lifestyles are earned

thoughts we carry within our soul

we believe and now become whole

 

Daily routines move us up and around

moments are wild we try to slow down

life changes from here to there

wildness sometime is everywhere

 

Expression comes from our lifestyle

dreams here and there once in a while 

but this is life we learn to cope as

we grow older we gain new hope

 

for true faith to remain within...

The Sun came and

touched the ocean

Brings calm to the

world like a soft lotion

 

With moments of pleasant

thoughts one should own

Dreams of bonding remains

within ones heart is known

 

How does one remain alone

when the world is so over bound

Meeting a stranger one day

surely that is to be found

 

One learns to defend themselves

taking on a responsible lively hood

Days pass with good intentions as

one profits with their own goods

 

Mental stability should remain

knowing one shall grow in size

Step by step one expands gracefully

as they become internally wise

Slowly My Hands Move...

 

Comfort within one's heart

comes slowly along with 

the time on one's clock

 

Thoughts come and go

bringing up and downs as

one's mind goes back in time

 

When alone the body

doesn't function as usual

emotions seem to jump

 

As one calms the mind

and heart new feelings

appear within their soul

 

Taking it one day at

a time one learns to

control their untimely...

 

thoughts and emotions!

Time is moving so fast 

knowing as we age the

hands on the clock are

getting old with us

 

Remembering as a young

girl time crawled at a slow

pace one would get worn out

waiting for lunch to come

 

Life changes mainly for the good

but memories of the past remain

and one longs for the past to

arrive again with joy

 

This is not a complaint

these are just thoughts that

come and go on a daily basis

thoughts about the younger years

 

Joy can remain in one's heart if we

allow - and we think good thoughts of

moments here and now - we are what

we choose in this unsettled world

 

I choose to live life to my fullest

with good positive thoughts daily!
