'Gracie on a roll...'
It has been some time since I have posted.
I've had a rough year and a half with
going to the hospital (which I never have done)
to catching Covid there and such. I had to go
back to the hospital for 14 days...nothing to
serious other that dizzy and balance issues.
Then (my last posting) my kitty Gracie passed
away at the age of 16 1/2 years really
floored me. She had a tumor on her
stomach and the Vet suggested no surgery
because of her age she could die on the
operating table. On October 23, 2024 she
went into my bedroom, laid under the dresser
by my slippers and just went to sleep (died).
I found her a couple of hours later and I
made arrangements to bury her at a friends
house because the rules and such have changed
here at my apartment complex for seniors.
So...I am just now coming around but still have
my ups and downs losing my Gracie. Ginger who is
7 is not a friendly cat but, come bed time she always
jumps on Mommy's bed purring and goes to sleep.
At my age I feel I shouldn't get another kitten...
That's my story...
Blessing to you all from,
Rhoda and Ginger
